This series contains correspondence and memos, both incoming and outgoing, of Stanley Ruttenberg as Director of the Research Department from 1961 to 1962. Much of the correspondence deals with information requests, speaking engagements or articles Ruttenberg had submitted for publication. Correspondents include: James Carey, Ewan Claque, Henry Luce, Nat Weinberg, Jay Lovestone, Al Gore and Estes Kefauver.
